Please - this is so overdue. Stop killing our insects. Let the plants grow. The only bee I saw in Battersea Park last year was a dead one. Please stop this killing. Now. Today. Immediately.

This has been going on for some years. About three years ago one the people involved in spraying weed killer on the Common warned me not to walk on the grass. I'm shocked that it's still going on. Is this down to cost? Weed Killer is cheaper to employ?

No bees, no life. No bees with glyphosate .... It's ludicrous

In these times when bees and other poliantors are stuggling and biodiversity is so necessary, I urge you to ban this usage as have so many other responsible councils, countries and organisations. Thank you

Please no more dangerous toxic spraying of our wildlife. Weeds are good! In the inner city we need to do all we can to allow nature some space. I'm right behind Wandsworth becoming the greenest and also any competitive action from other boroughs.

Leave nature alone, let grasses, wildflowers, clovers attract the bees and butterflies. Let's make Wandsworth more colourful, less mown, less chemical.....thank you

Plenty of alternatives. Hammersmith and Fulham use hot foam

World Health Organization stated in 2015 glyphosate is “probably carcinogenic to humans”

A toxic chemical for humans as well as wildlife. Please stop using this locally here in Wandsworth!

This weed killer is a dreadful, well-known POISON, being banned all over the place, so should it be in the Borough of Wandsworth!

Please no more harmful chemicals for a historical cultural perceived need to control nature in our cities. A weed can sustain life - we can change our perceptions of where natures should be, we can help slow and hopefully regenerate the biodiversity loss, but we can’t bring back species from extinction. Prevent biodiversity loss happening in our back yards and cities. Please ban the use of harmful chemicals.
