I really never thought this would turn into such a long conversation about what is actually fair at the coffee shop counter. Between the lactose intolerance stories and the vegans just wanting a simple latte without a surcharge I am shocked by how many of you feel the same way about these extra fees. Even if corporate keeps ignoring the emails I am still tracking every single person who clicks sign because your frustration is perfectly clear.

I really never thought this would gain so much steam so fast but here we are and it honestly makes me want to go buy a non-dairy drink right now even if I have to pay that annoying extra charge. Seeing all these people agreeing with me feels validating in a way I didn't expect since I usually just grumble about dairy alternatives to my cat while waiting in the drive-thru line.

STOP DISCROMINATING AGAINST US SOY MILK CUSTOMERS! ITS NOT MY FAULT IM LACTOSE INTOLERANT !!!!!
It's not fair to be charged for soy milk when other people don't get charged for using skin or 2% instead of whole milk. Some people can't have dairy milk and other people want to stop animal cruelty.
Ridiculous greed. Stop charging extra for basic alternatives!!
Its honestly insane that they charge for this. I shouldn't have to pay more for a drink just because I don't drink dairy.
I end up paying a dollar extra almost every day just to avoid a stomach ache. It really adds up and it feels like I am being punished for being lactose intolerant.
It's like a vegan 'tax'. So greedy.
How can Starbucks justify charging for soy milk. Discrimination.

It is sickening that companies are trying to make a profit off of people who either can't have cow milk or don't drink cow milk!!
