A community managed very poorly. Security thinking they are the police, rules being implemented, fines that cannot be followed through. The pool regulations are just a further dig at the residents here that pay a premium to use the facilities that are either not open or restricted.

It is very disappointing that Nshama treats us as Owners and Residents in such a manner !!

#letthekidsswim #letkidsbekids Kids are innocent, We parents just have to be on the look out while they play and swim and also toilet train them. My daughter is 18 months and tells me she is pooping. Please give kids a chance NSHAMA. We all have been kids. The quick decision is absolutely unecessary. If a bird dies in the pool overnight, will NSHAMA ban all birds in the community??

These restrictions are ridiculous and are causing us to want to leave. No 3/4 year old child will wear a nappy they can swim. Also open the toilets and the park

It make no sense the restrictions Nshama trying to apply!! Put more sunbeds and umbrellas and let us decide if our kids can swim or not!!

I accept and believe that the request is fair.

As owner of a townhouse in Hayat, I am very unhappy with the upkeep of the community and the attitude of Nshama towards the management of facilities. They are very quick in sending warnings, fines with no legal grounds and to issue rules restricting residents’ rights, while they are extremely slow and unresponsive in addressing issues of their competency.

I am a Safi apartment resident, I do not agree with children age 5 and under should not be allowed in the large pool and also children age 5 and under to wear a swimming diaper. Rules should be children that are not fully toilet trained to wear a swim diaper.

Can't believe we are even having to petition to have the rights to access facilities we have paid for!
