Call on Nshama to lift restrictions on facilities

My decision to live in this community could very well change on the basis of this decision.

The community management is abusive with every single law they put out. We are in a prison. Cannot even protect plants from the sun and now they want children to stay home, all the while my windows are still leaking after every storm! Absolutely unacceptable. Where is the OA that was promised and should be formed according to the law!!

Absolutely embarrassing that we live in a “family” community where young children are not allowed to use the pools. Disgusted and will be moving

Please reverse the restrictions on the children under 5. How will the children ever learn to swim in a shallow pool that they can walk in. We use the small pool all the time and are very grateful for it but the parents want to swim with their children. Thank you

petition should also include that dog park, the basketball courts and other facilitlties to be accessible by access cards for townsquare residents only, we paid a fortune to live here not for people from all over Dubai to hog the courts and the dog park.

Kids under 5 should acess the big pool.

Dubai government has made the rules clear. I can not understand why Nshama would not comply with the rules of the authorities. Landlords will really feel the pain if tenants start moving out of Hayat due to these Nshama rules.

The restrictions are ridiculous. Kids need to learn to swim and can’t do that in the baby pool. Toilets trained kids should not have to wear swim diapers, you can’t ask a 4 or 5 year old to wear a diaper. Who even came up with this rule?? There is no reason that children’s play areas should still be closed. This is supposed to be a family community but it is not managed like a family community.
