it seems to me the cw council thinks it can dump a prison on winsford seeing we are on the edge of there district

As a mother I am terrified for my family at the thought of this happening. I hope this petition holds weight and this doesn't happen. If they are looking for an alternative put it in the middle of nowhere with no residences' within a good distance.

Build it in Tarporley. Tarporley can afford to take a hit, Winsford can not!

Winsford is being used as a dumping ground for the surrounding towns that are receiving face lifts and investments. No more dumping a lot more investment please!

Our MP was rightly outraged at this high handed proposal for Winsford, I don't want a prison here, it would be hugely detrimental to the area.

Winsford needs investment to regenerate the town and encourage people to move and shop there.
It does not need a prison which would be viewed as having a negative effect.

I do not want a prison in Winsford. It finally feels like Winsford is becoming a place where people want to live not have to live... this prison will change EVERYTHING for the worst. Please don't stop Winsford growing.
