Have not been provided with a full disclosure ofinformation on proposed oil and gas industry developments in Lheidli T'enneh Territoryby the Lheidli T'enneh Chief and Council or by oil and gas industry proponents;

WE DECLARE THAT:

Decisions and agreementsmade by the Chief and Council of Lheidli T'enneh do not represent our views on proposed oil and gas industry matters; and

We have not been provided with adequateinformation on proposed oil and gas industry projects to allow us to participate in meaningful and informed decision-making pertaining to those projects;

THEREFORE, WE CALL ON CHIEF AND COUNCIL TO:

Provided us with adequateinformation on proposed oil and gas industry projects to allow us to participate in meaningful and informed decision-making pertaining to those projects.
