How can any REPRESENTATIVE vote against medical marijuana when its supported by 88% of the people you are supposed to be representing!? It's time for you to go. Maybe one of those pharmaceutical companies will give you a job. If it were up to me you would get a new house. A big house. It's called jail... it ought to be criminal to deny patients of adequate health options. I personally suffer from chronic pain due to fractures in my vertebrae and a combination of osteoporosis, scoliosis, and slight stenosis of the spine. I refuse to be one of your zombies, addicted to an opiate that your financiers are stuffing downs the throats of millions. I refuse to allow you and your financiers to get more wealthy at my expense. You will not profit from an addiction that you forced upon me. You've failed the people of Pennsylvania to line your own pockets. It's criminal and should not be taken lightly.

This bill needs to be passed for the sick people who this could help! Stop taking money from the drug companies and doing what they tell u! Your position is for the people of PA not the drug companies

85%+ of PA is DEMANDING medical marijuana, a scientifically proven herb with many medicinal uses. The fact that Baker refuses to pass this Bill based upon his own flimsy (at best) "research" (some from dead links on line, some from non-peer reviewed sources and some from long debunked sources) and being tied with interests with big pharmaceutical companies proves that this man does NOT have the best interest of citizens in mind. Politicians are NOT elected to give us THEIR opinion but to act on behalf of THE PUBLIC they were elected to represent. I hope this guy has future plans outside of politics because he will most likely never again hold public office in this State. PLEASE pass this Bill NOW, people are literally dying as they wait...

My 7 year old disabled daughter could bennifet from the oil to control her seizures

Please come to your senses. Non psychoactive tinctures derived from cannabis is completely stopping seizures in children where it is legal, and with zero side effects! Not to mention the many cancer patients who are using cannabis to counter symptoms. It is cruel and unusual punishment to keep this medicine illegal.
