Pennsylvanians need access to medical treatment of their choice (specifically cannabis). It is immoral and in-ethical to deny cannabis, a substance proven far safer than most pharmaceutical drugs, to those who need it. Matt Baker has shown that his interests don't coincide with that of his constituents, and that he has interests that favor those who contribute to his campaign finances.

I suffer from fibromyalgia and serious chronic pain as a result of several other conditions, including diabetic neuropathy, Sjogren's syndrome, PTSD and chronic depression. Your inaction on this bill demonstrates your total lack of knowledge of the challenges we face everyday. Just getting out of bed in the morning is a struggle. My once-active lifestyle -- hiking, camping and other outdoor activities -- is only a memory now. At least give us the means we need to lessen our pain so that we can be happier and possibly even productive during our waking hours!

we need a person in charge that will listen to the commonwealth, his or her constituents, and not their benefactors, who stand to lose out on money. (Aka your pharmasudical lobbyist.) you have stated time and time again, you have no intrest in what we, the people of the commonwealth, are demanding. Clearly, you feel the $23,000 is worth upsetting 88% of your voter base. We are asking, if you can not bring yourself to upset the likes of Johnson and Johnson, and not offer the people you're sworn to serve the medical options they need, that you step down, so someone that isn't so ethically conflicted by dollar signs may take up the cause.

Rep Baker you need to focus on the realization that with out the votes of the people in your district you would not be where you are today, you are paid to do what is in the best interest of the people not what is in the best interest of big pharmacutical companies. I would much rather have access to medical marijuana then to take the big pharma companies pills for my PTSD.
