If Washington DC can Legalize it for medical and recreational use the federal government and every state should have to do the same. Your job is to vote the way the people that voted you in want. If your unwilling to do your job quit . People that are unwilling to do their job are fired.

Clearly, Baker is in the pocket of the pharmaceutical industry, and cannot be trusted to fairly represent the people of Pennsylvania. How does this one man have so much power to block an entire bill from being voted on? What happened to checks and balances, or do they not apply in our state government? Baker needs to go, it's obvious he can be bought, and doesn't care for anyone but himself.

you are not promoting the general welfare of patients,nor Pennsylvania,who are seeking equal help with fewer (if any)side effects by denying access to safer medicine with your selfish decision to not accept Senate Bill 3 or any others for that matter...

As a representative he has the right to vote against the bill, not to prevent anyone else from voting on it. Committees were meant to streamline the process not give dictatorial powers and anyone using them for such has blatantly and willfully violated the trust and responsibility of their station and should be stripped of it in response.

this man is attempting to stand in the way of the democratic process by denying the people of his state the legislation that THEY want and need! He has no basis for his decisions besides the fact that he is a paid for politician by big pharma! He DOES NOT represent the people and he DOES NOT deserve to be in a position where he pretends to "represent" the people!
