This man is not FOR the people and shouldn't represent the people! How could he just kill a bill that was passed in the Senate 40-7? And not even allow the rest of the Representatives to vote? This is a disgrace!

Mr Baker has been ignoring what the voters want on this issue for years. If he does not resign I think the Ethics commitee needs to take a long hard look into where his campaign contributions are coming from and that may explain the truth of why he is ignoring the will of 80-90% of the registered voters of this state.

Representative Baker my house is located less than one half a mile from your Bradford County Troy PA office. I can tell you that not only as a constituent of yours but as a member of this community familiar with many other constituents you need to represent the will of the people and not your own personal agenda. You need to get out and see what the will of the people of Pennsylvania the citizens of this great state need and what we need is proper medical access like other states in the United States. I agree with you that illegal drugs should not be on the black market but medication should be regulated and given out to people who are medically deemed eligible for treatment. Why don't you address the issue with in Bradford in Tioga County a prescription pharmaceutical drugs being accessed by teenagers with in our high school system daily rather than fighting a legitimate medical movement. I encourage anyone who reads this to look at the statistics on Bradford and Tioga County representative Matt bakers area and the problems that we suffer with heroin overdose and the overuse of pharmaceutical drugs. If this man's campaign is so focused on anti-drug rule then why don't you focus on the drugs that are killing our youth.

Many people in our state both want and need this bill pasted. Cancer affects almost every family and if medical marijuana can ease the suffering of our loved ones especially our children then I say pass the bill!

Baker should forget about his disable down self-interests and get on thebandwagon. I am a disabled veteran and am sick of the ignorance shown on this issue. Keep your pharmaceuticals and give me something that works!!!! Let me decide what is and is not harmful.

The majority of other states have medical marijuana. There is no reason not to allow those who choose to do so to get medical relief from their suffering. Voting to continue suffering is not Christian, the way I view Christianity. Please reconsider your denial and allow the legislature to vote up or down on this measure. Thanks.
