According to Rep. Baker, one of the main reasons to not advance Senate Bill 3 is because cannabis is not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). That, however, did not stop Rep. Baker from accepting campaign contributions from multiple pharmaceutical companies who have combined to pay over $1 billion to settle charges that they were marketing drugs for uses not approved by the FDA.

I believe that you have the audacity to go against 88% of the voting population and our great state of Pennsylvania. Who Do You Think You Are. Oh that's right I'll pop it to the pharmaceutical companies get paid your way into office. Not only do you not deserve to represent the people of the great state of Pennsylvania but you will not have a job in our state very soon.

We need representatives that represent the will of the people... not the will of big Pharmaceutical

You're a disgusting excuse for a human being! You were elected to represent the people of your district - NOT to vote for what you personally decide to be right or wrong. The people of this state in poll after poll overwhelmingly support legalization of cannabis, medical or otherwise. The fact that most of your campaign funding comes from the pharmaceutical industry proves beyond any shadow of a doubt what interests you represent.

You got into office to serve the people not your own wants. There is no reason why marijuana medically should not be legal in pa. Do you get kickbacks from the pharmseutical companies? Maybe someone should start an investigation on you. You should resign since you apparently cannot handle the job you were put into office for and that's serving the people not your own selfish needs and wants.

The lack of true representation here is appalling. Mr. Baker's self-serving agenda is directly contrary to our democratic institution

It's a disgrace that you are so willing to accept campaign contributions from pharmaceutical companies that obviously do not want medical marijuana passed for their own greedy reasons, making you just as GREEDY putting your own political agenda ahead of thousands of PA residents and children who would benefit from medical marijuana, shame on you! You are what's wrong with this country!

Many veterans could benefit from medical cannabis. I find it incredible that one person can stand in the way of so many service members.

If he wants to do big pharmas bidding and rule against what the majority of his fellow reps. agree on, maybe he should just get a job with a pharmaceutical co.
