Rep.Matt Baker has clearly shown he is not capable of representing the state of Pennsylvania. Mr.Baker has shown that he will vote for his own interest which goes against the very title he has been trusted with. This petition is asking for Mr.Baker to step down as he has violated the trust between him and the people of the state of Pennsylvania.
When you hold a public office you are to speak FOR the people, not for your own interests. When you go against what the people want, you should lose your right to speak for them. You seem to be forgetting you are a public servant, not a public authority.

For the financial benefit alone that it would bring to the state, not to mention all of the people who are ill and/or in pain, marijuana NEEDS to be legalized, in Pennsylvania and across the country. I, and my household, stand for legalization.

This man does not represent his constituents. He is clearly in it for his own interests. If you just want a paycheck work a real job and leave being a representative for someone who has interests in representing the people of the Commonwealth.

You've sold your soul to big pharma who has a vested monetary interest in preventing the use of medical marijuana. You clearly do not care one bit for your constituents or for their health and wellbeing. You do not deserve the position you now hold.

you are not promoting the general welfare of patients, nor Pennsylvania, who are seeking equal help with fewer (if any)side effects by denying access to safer medicine with your selfish decision to not accept Senate Bill 3 or any others for that matter...

At first Matt Baker tried to block the medical marijuana bill, now he's trying to over regulate private business. The smoke ban is being moved too far.

Might as well retire early I don't see him being reelected. Whether his opinion is sincere or bought it does not coincide with the the majority of the commonwealth he is supposed to represent and thus is unfit to represent our voice
