Calamar Homeowners,

As a result of the Calamar Board Of Directors announcing on 5/18/2020 its decision to not open the community pool as previously scheduled and to also keep the community pool closed indefinitely, We the members of the Calamar Home Owners Association (homeowners) hereby petition the Calamar Board of Directors to convene a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors for the purpose of a vote to overrule, cancel, or modify this restriction imposed on the members of the Calamar Home Owners Association limiting our right of access to Calamar's amenities areas specifically use of the community pool.

Upon receipt of this petition with at least 17 members signatures (1 signor per lot) which equals 25% of the owners, The Secretary of Board of Directors is to schedule and notify each member (homeowner) of the Calamar Home Owners Association with the date, time, place of meeting, and purpose of the Special Meeting in accordance with the By-laws of the Calamar Homeowners Association, Inc.
