Justice for 2023 non Nigerian. Was TEF OUT TO DESTROY NON NIGERIAN ENTREPRENEURS OR TO EMPOWER THEM IN 2023. WHY PUSH ME TO USE MY BUSINESS CAPITAL TO REGISTER COMPANIES, TAXATION, AND INITIAL DEPOSIT IN UBA ONLY TO BE DECLARED NOT ELIGIBLE AFTER SIGNING A NOTARIZE MOU AS A 2023 BENEFICIARY

Dear TEF Team, I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and disappointment with the recent experience I had as a participant in your program. While I embarked on this journey with high hopes and a deep commitment to my business idea, the process has unfortunately left me feeling disillusioned and disheartened. Firstly, the requirement to undergo a rigorous business registration process, which not only demanded significant time and effort but also involved considerable financial outlay, was a challenging task. I undertook this process in good faith, believing it to be a stepping stone towards receiving the much-needed seed capital to kick-start my business. Moreover, the additional expenses incurred for banking and notarising documents further strained my limited resources. These financial burdens were undertaken with the expectation of support from your end, which was a crucial factor in my decision to engage in these processes. However, the culmination of these efforts and expenditures without the provision of the promised seed capital has been deeply disheartening. This unfulfilled commitment has not only impacted me financially but has also caused significant emotional trauma. The disappointment of seeing my business plans stalled, after investing so much in terms of time, money, and emotional energy, is profound. I had looked forward to being a part of your esteemed network and contributing to the entrepreneurial landscape with your support. However, the current situation has left me questioning the process and its transparency. I sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken constructively and that steps will be taken to ensure that future participants do not have to face similar situations. It is crucial for programs like yours, which hold the promise of nurturing entrepreneurship, to provide clear and consistent support to its participants. Thank you for taking the time to consider my concerns. I look forward to a resolution

TEF made me signed notorized documents assuring us for the 5000dollars grants but at the end I received an ineligible message for the grant after spending my savings

TEF has scammed and left about 600 African youths frustrated and in debts

This is really devastating. I borrowed 2 TEF applicants money to enable them register their company and create a compulsory Bank Account with UBA. They promised to refund immediately the foundation release the $5000 dollars seed capital. The foundation is wrong to have put them through all this just to end up disqualifying them. It were better to disqualify at the earlier stage of the competition so that only those qualified will go through the rest of the obligations that needs financial commitments

The content of the notarized document reads as if monies had been disbursed and that was a problem leading to high fee for it to be signed + why ask me to open an account when you are not ready to give me the seed capital, some people used part of their small business running cash to do that and to get all other business registration documents was cost involving leaving people poorer than they were when they applied

I am one of those who went in for 2023 funding and after following up and meeting up with all the required documents a dissatisfaction email was sent to me that I was not eligible after which I reliable information by Tef that I have successfully completed the final stage.i humbly plead that something be done to look into this matter
