Robert Watts has done everyhting he can to stop this event being properly investigated and the truth discovered, sneering in the faces of people is his thing, as he did over the floods. Of course this is not unusual for Tory leader, look at the much more arrogant and cynical Hodge at Surret County Council, voting for his own massive pay rise..
