She should resign, not for the affair but for the tax payer money that she spent having those affairs. If she was on her own dime then fine because we should not be the moral police.

I understand Ms Berry was formerly a corporate compliance officer and should therefore be well aware of the Implications of such behavior toward those under her supervision.
