Call for Kauai County to Remove Face Mask Requirement

Let’s focus on taking actions that will actually help our situation, without perpetuating fear.

What is? Wearing the mask or the petition?

Wearing a mask should be a choice. I for one can't stand having a mask on my face during all hours of the day.

Misuse of face masks could potentially make things worse... stay educated everyone.

This is tyranny!!!

The misinformation on cloth masks and the panic created on this island is absurd.

I've seen more people touch their face now adjusting the masks than ever before. Doesn't this defeat the purpose?

My body my choice!

Hope this pass, this will get out of hand and start some kind of new precedent. Our numbers were doing great without the mask, let’s push for easy all residential testing

Please educate on the effectiveness vs risks of mask wearing. Also consider masks only to be worn inside stores. This is getting completely ridiculous to have to wear them outside & where others aren't around. Thank you!

Additionally the belief is the masks stop the germs- therefore they are concentrated on the mask and the mask is touched all day everyday especially the Keiki! The rule is inconsistent and leaves law enforcement to decide who is exercising, who has a medical condition etc!
