We call on Oxford City Council to take enforcement action to ensure that a new planning application is submitted for the development at 1 Quarry High Street and that full consideration, under the Steinberg Principle that development should leave the character or appearance of a conservation area unharmed, is given to the excessive height and width of the new building compared to what was originally agreed by the Council in 2006
