We the undersigned respectfully request that immediate enforcement and protection of all parental visitation rights, as spelled out in Geauga County Court of Common Pleas #10DC000768.
We the undersigned also request that any and all persons attempting to violate said rules of visitation laws as spelled out in Geauga #10DC000768 be held in "contempt of court" and are held accountable to the fullest extent that the current law allows.

Parental Alienation and Disparagement is wrong. For the mother to deny court-ordered visitation times is not only unlawful, it is abuse to child by alienation. Cutting off communication and not allowing contact is also a contempt. As a mother, I find it disturbing that nothing can be done by law enforcement to allow these children to see their father, but if they were late being brought back to home mom, the Dad would be arrested. It's a one-way street and it needs to stop NOW!
I spent eleven years fighting my ex wife to see my son. When I finally got him it was because she had been starving him and beating him and mentally abusing him then they took me seriously and took all of her children away.
What ever happen to equal rights not woman have all the rights .just plain wrong ..
no parent has the right to keep their child(ren) from the other parent. The reason we have these orders put in place is to protect the rights and the well being of the child(ren).

As the sept father of an amazing boy who's male birth parent refused to pay child support until incarcerated and forced to I find it just as disturbing when one parent denies visitation to a parent that is fulfilling their responsibilities and only wants to spend time with the child/ children
