The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is an institution with a plethora of various cultures, beliefs, and perspectives. In order to embrace this diversity, we are calling for the university to establish a common space that can be used by all students, faculty, and staff members to pray, meditate, or reflect.

Having such a space would allow individuals to perform their reflection practices more conveniently in a campus setting. Currently there is no place that all students can easily access on campus if they wish to reflect. This space would encourage inclusiveness on campus and aid in understanding between one another.

We, the students and faculty of the University of Illinois, support to find a common reflection space on campus for all.
