This is so unfair to to all the people of California , we all ready have been paying gas taxes that are not used the way they should be , and now they want more , how stupid do they think we are, All the democrats that voted for this should not expect to be re elected.

Direct the tax that is already on gas and diesel to be spent only on road repair. Do not allow a cent of the tax that is being paid to be directed to the general fund or anywhere else
