The State of California is crushing small business from every direction this registration and bond is designed to remove the small detailer from competing with the large carwash establishments who can afford to pay $9000 a year in fees for multiple car washs and 100s of employees.The 1 employee detailer has to pay the same $9000. It is completely unfair and shows that the laws are made for the lobbyist not the people.
