It has all been said - a business opening a new location brings badly needed jobs to Albuquerque; additional places to safely train with firearms makes for a safer society as firearms competence increases; participation in shooting sports can be good family time. Judging by the waiting lines I've encountered at their current location, I'd say there is enough business reason to do it.

Hard to think some still don't believe in others constitutional rights. Quieter than an outdoor range and probably safer!

Indoor shooting ranges are safe and quiet. The more those who have firearms practice, the safer they are. Indoor ranges are the most convenient practice facilities.

I'm a hard core Liberal Democrat, and I absolutely support opening this range. It serves the public in a sport my entire family participates in. Our shooting time is a family bonding time, and we need our range. Ranges like this keep plinkers out of the woods and open areas, and a controled envronment that makes it a very safe recreation.

In order to maintain a skill, one needs to practice. A pianist doesn't stop playing the piano if they want to remain proficient. Gun owners need gun ranges to enhance their skill level, so accidental shootings are kept at bay.

I am a licensed armed security officer and I would definitely like more locations to help perfect my skill, whether I'm on the west side or the east side. After all practice makes perfect.
