The indoor shooting range is a great way to teach gun safety by blocking it you'll have gun enthusiast headed to the mesas to target practice. Bullets flying in the open areas. Where as the shooting range the projectiles are keeped in a confined and control environment.

we need a safe well lit indoor range on the west side, also keep in mind that this is an Albuquerque, home grown small business that contributes to our tax base. Seems like we should be fostering this sort of business in our community

There is absolutely no reasin to stop this shooting range. Would the public opposition prefer people out shooting anywhere on the west side near public housing instead? Really?????

A range like Caibers offers is a place where safety and responsibilty with firearms can be taught and practiced. The alternatives faced by the community are far less safe and predictable.

These gun activist don't understand how important it is to have a safe place to go shooting for us that love to go shooting. They don't believe that having a safe place to go target practice is a good thing??

Shooting is an American tradition, especially in the West. We need safe, supervised environments for shooting rather than shooters having to llok for places out on the mesa or other less safe location.

A modern, well-run indoor range is a positive for the community as it provides a safe venue for shooting. The alternative is that shooters have to go out into the county to location that end up often being less safe, often get littered with casings, and where the potential for accidents is higher.

We need more safe establishments like Calibers! Not less, as those who want to block the proposed new location, would prefer,

Why in the name of common sense would anyone object to a properly run indoor shooting range?
