I know there is more that just the pool that gets paid for with our hoa fees but how is it that apartment complexes have more access to their pools than we do?

The HOA in my opinion has been wasting our dues for far to long . They hire cheap labor i.e teenagers and half ass landscapers so that they themselves can pocket more money . We all need to take a stand against Crest Management and have our HOA turned over to the Homeowners themselves. We need to have our own HOA ,one that isn't controlled by a company.
