As Head Bartender of Q Hotels, Caitlin M. Treston has led the bar and her team to win multiple USA and international awards. In October 2016 Q Hotels was recognized as Number 2, for the fourth consecutive year, in the World’s 50 Best Bar Awards by Drinks International. Caitlin has also collected several personal awards including “Best New York Bartender” (2012), at Tales of the Cocktail and “Bar Personality of the Year 2014” by Drink Magazine.

In November 2016, Caitlin left Q Hotels to pursue a new joint project. To launch a multidisciplinary collective that will seek to reimagine what drinks and bars can be, alongside Drink foundation, not-for-profit organization to reach wider drinks community based in Long Island NY.

When not tending bar, Caitlin Treston travels the globe developing new products, cocktails and marketing strategies for some of the most recognized brands in the industry. She regularly appears as a keynote speaker at major industry conventions and trains bartenders around the world. Caitlin M. Treston writes for drinks, design & lifestyle magazines, and has made guest appearances bartending on Virgin Atlantic flights and various international TV channels.
