CAGC Ladies Over 35 Division
The female golfers of the Caribbeanare seeking the consideration of the Caribbean Golf Association (CGA) Council to review the current format of the Caribbean Amateur Golf Championships (CAGC) to include a section forfemale golfers over the age of 35. The current CAGC format has four sections for Men as follows: 1. Hoerman Cup - open to male golfers irrespective of age 2. Mid-Amateur - open to male golfers over the age of 35 3. Seniors - open to male golfers over the age of 50 4. Super Seniors - open to male golfers over the age of 60 The female golfers only have one section open to any female golfer irrespective of age. The female golfers who have participated in the CAGC in the past and currently have been trying to get a new category included. This would be similar to the Mid-Amateur Male Division, that is, a team of two female golfers playing in a better ball format. I therefore seek your support in having this petition signed for submission to the CGA. Please include your home golf club in your response. Thanks for the support.
