Petition Background: The bike room in the Cadence Apartment garage requires a fob entry, yet somehow the bikes are being dismantled and/or stolen from the room. Many residents have informed management on this and nothing has been done. As residents who pay for the bike room (and other community areas) as part of their monthly fees, we should feel safe leaving our personal property there.

Petition Action: Management should install cameras and display prominent signage informing residents and guests that the area is being monitored. The hired security team should ensure they are frequenting the bike room and reporting any suspicious activity (i.e. cut bike locks, tires removed, etc.)

We, the undersigned, are concerned residents who urge the Cadence Apartment (Conam) management to act now.
