This is a petition to request that OFCOM and the UK Government, move to immediately revoke British Telecommunications (BT PLC) licence to own and run the Cable Television franchises in Milton Keynes and Westminster.

Virgin Media should then be given special dispensation to use BT's CATV ducts in these two franchises, to utilise and upgrade as they see fit, in the interests of fair competition, that can benefit consumers, harmed by a restrictive commercial agreement imposed by BT for so long.

Residents in Milton Keynes and Westminster are fed up of waiting, and demand action now, BEFORE the digital switchover leaves many without choice in digital, pay television and super fast broadband speeds.
