This petition is to help make changes in the Indiana grandparenting guidelines. Under the current guidelines grandparents have no rights to visitation with the exception of “special” circumstances. Your signature will help make changes so that grandchildren can visit and spend time with grandparents that are healthy, good intended and wanting to be apart of their lives.
