I thought my previous server was the worst server before, but now I realize that GSP is the WORST EVER.

1. No GM ever log in game to interact with players.
2. Cheaters/Hackers reported with video attached is not processed for months even a year.
3. IP kept blocking, because an amount of CABAL ID is limited to log in game/web. An IP can be shared to many people.. and those people might play the same game.. such as CABAL GSP.
4. GSP is never wrong... All are players' fault.. and players got BANNED for the mistakes of GSP.
5. Since the beginning of GSP.. account transfer from KREON to GSP.. not secured at all.. many of my friends lost their accounts and they totally quit game because of this matter. But until now GSP never keep the promise to investigate this issue and give back their accounts, eventhough they have provided all information about their accounts to GSP.
6. Any complaint or mail to GSP is never replied quickly especially weekend. OH MY GOD GSP's staffs are totally OFF in weekend.. WOW a very nice JOB.
7. A GM have to log in game (even invisible) to check what the players do in game, and check the record list of all dungeons.. if see something strange such as weak players can finish the dungeon like a GODLY players, the GM should check it out how those weak players got their records.
8. An online GAME have to be monitored 24/7... but this GSP server.. OH MY GOD I can't figure out what to say anymore..
