Do NOT build this bypass. It is wasteful of taxpayers' money. It will destroy wetlands. There are too many negative financial, environmental, economic, health, and wasteful effects from this unnecessary and expensive highway project.

I live in Kame Terrace. If you take at the bypass plans,it is going through 80% residential area. They are not considering how much land they will be taking away from the front yards of homeowners. The noise of trucks and the fumes from exhausts will be unbearable. The property values will not increase in the future....only their taxes will increase to pay for this DOT disaster plan!

Please consider the obvious fix which would only take putting up stop lights on the intersection of Madison and tt . What a quick , inexpensive way to eliminate the back up. Please preserve what the town of Waukesha has kept so nice. The beautiful wetlands.

The traffic is fine. We do not need a bypass. I live on Kisdon Hill and I never have trouble getting on Merrill Hills Road. Install traffic lights on Madison.

It's very upsetting to see country roads widened resulting in the destruction of beautiful countryside, especially if the traffic is not unreasonably heavy. It turns the peaceful countryside which residents enjoy into a more urban environment. Quantity seems to be prioritized over quality in Waukesha road construction. I would hope if enough residents in the area oppose the bypass the project can be put down.

I live near the proposed bypass, and the traffic is manageable with the present setup. It's time to protect our environmental resources or we will lose the quality of life that attracts people to this area. A strong environment begets a strong economy and quality of life.

This land is too beautiful and important to the surrounding community to ruin with months/years of construction. Please just improve the quaint 2 lane highways instead of destroying even more of the environment.

It would destroy a 40 acre woods which has been preserved for many years and in the State Forest management program for over 20 years
