As a Villas West property owner it is our right to house a motor vehicle of our choice in our properties driveway. The members of our board have clearly stated that with the passing of our new bylaws they will reserve the rights to dictate what sort of vehicle will be allowed in our driveway, as well as what sort of vehicle our long term guess can park. If any modification is done to your vehicle (wheels, paint, re-sizing, etc) homeowners will be fined or vehicles will be towed. As a property owners WE shouldn't be stripped of our rights to modify our vehicles or even less receive a violation for it.
