I support Bylaw 4156 to rezone Lot A Section 21 Township 78 Range 15 from RS-2 (Residential - High Density multi-family zone). The purposed development would provide a new option to home buyers that are currently not available within the city. This would be high end strata titled (Condominium style) units. In addition the development would provide a new income stream for the city through property taxes on the development. The development would also provide an upgrade to the current water supply in the area, at no cost to the city.
