By-Law is threatening Husky Haven Ontario's ability to continue offering their services to current & future clients/customers/family/friends.
Halton Hills refused to issue a Kennel license, due to a zoning change in 2002. Husky Haven Ontario obtained a Government issued Business License in 2013. Said business license is set out to allow Husky Haven Ontario to be allowed to Breed, Board & Train dogs.
(Keep in mind this license will be modified to omit breeding, and include rescue/rehome, by December 2016)
Please help Husky Haven Ontario to continue offering Boarding, & Training services.
Say NO to Bylaw claiming a Town Issued Kennel License is necessary over a Government issued Business License.

By-law should follow rules like any other government branch if u have signs stating warrants needed to go on a property well police will follow rules and get a warrant to go on ur property so why can't by-laws officials do same
