Buyers from Ibrox stadium 'Buy a Brick' scheme deny permission to sell asset (arguably theirs in part) containing their personal details

I bought my father a brick for his 50th birthday . so part of the stadium belongs to my dad.

Myself and other family members have these bricks. Too much sentimental value to be used as a trade off.

a brick was purchased in memory of my late father and is the one place where I can remember him doing what he loved, watching Rangers. To offer his and so many others personal memories as collateral is morally wrong and the idea should be forgotten and never spoken of again. Ibrox does not belong to you to give away at a whim. The people who are trying to make these decisions need to remember their place.

This supporters club in it's previous name of The St Andrews Hotel, Ayr RSC has a brick with the old club name at Ibrox. As secretary of the supporters club I hereby give notice that the supporters club does not give permission for our brick to be used a as security or sold in any deal regarding Ibrox stadium.

We the undersigned, as buyers (single and multiple) during the 'Buy a Brick' scheme, are legal owners of a significant number of construction bricks which make up part of the Ibrox stadium structure. As such, we DO NOT give permission for Ibrox stadium the asset to be sold or used as security for finance, while our property containing personal details are part of the structure.
