This petition has been created in order to bring back negative feedback for buyers. As a seller, negative feedback is always a threat and it should be for buyers also. There are so many instances when buyers just don't pay or disregard auction terms. Yes, in the case of an unpaid item they will receive an unpaid strike, but other ebay members cannot see that. If you are a non-paying bidder everyone should know, just like when a buyer is not satisfactory. It is unfair and unjust for sellers to receive negative feedback and not buyers.
