I have started this petition after the most awful experience on ebay. We listed our car on buy it now, 'buyer' clicked buy it now then made no contact whatsoever. After a week of messages she finally contacted to say she had purchased a different car. I started a dispute, she replied, and so has left me negative feedback which ebay will not remove, I left her a negative comment on a positive feedback mark, which ebay have removed. How on earth is this fair I am petitioning for equal rights for buyers and sellers. I want ebay to give sellers the right to leave negative feedback. I want ebay to remove feedback left by buyers that have been given an unpaid item strike, regardless of whether they have responded to the dispute or not. Ebay have the power to remove feedback if it is deemed unfair, each case should be looked at on its own merits, not decided by a set of ridiculous rules as is at the moment.
