Your about to get audited for the rest of your careers - if it's about integrity and professionalism and not just petty whining, make sure you're on point, I'm sure NONE of you have ever been caught on camera or recording saying or doing anything against the rules right?!

Much like others have said, these types of disparaging remarks from this or any individual or company, should not be tolerated. I am so fed up with seeing ads like this that don't promote themselves rather they knock down the competition. We're a very interdependent industry and need to find the balance of differentiating our business without disparaging another.

Everyone no matter how big or small (team or individual) should play by the same rules in our industry. While the regulators take action on small discrepancies, this article should be reviewed and sanctioned by RECA. Competition law doesn't exactly recommend putting down others to get to the top does it?

I’m a Realtor. There are a few who choose to ignore our industry’s code of ethics for their own gain. This is unacceptable. I believe it is the responsibility our regulating bodies to address slanderous material like this.

I 100 percent agree with all the statements in this petition. The offending realtor should be investigated and fined for his disparaging remarks against all solo agents.
