Most assurances given at time of the open house  are not being adhered to, causing traffic safety concerns, above average vehicle activity and people traffic greater than the average business environment at common businesses within the city. Although a Respite home is permissible under the current city by-laws, the operation on a daily basis at 39 Windsor has negatively changed the true nature of R-1 residential living within our quality neighbourhood. We  all believe in the cause of a Respite home and the organization, but we also strongly feel that since the commencement of this operation within our peaceful neighbourhood ,it has had a a disruptive impact. Multiple vehicle parking on the street causing distress amongst owners attempting to travel in or out of the neighbourhood from their home location.Numerous pick ups and drop offs at all hours of the day by taxis, handicap buses. Beeping of horns , accidental car alarm activations , added foot traffic in and out of the said premises, vehicle turn arounds using other owners driveways, to name a few concerns. Pictures have been taken on different occasions to substantiate these events.

 These properties which are located on a non-thoroughfare road way community, having one entrance at Windsor from York and one exit at Lancaster and York, creating a large Crescent.This a one of many appealing and attractive aspects of this neighbourhood.

Being a homeowner in this area you expierence a reduced amount of traffic. People travelling in and out of this neighbourhood either live here or  are visiting guests of homeowners.This aspect and experience has now been removed by  the highly increased traffic due to the Tenants business activities at 39 Windsor Crescent.   

  As a collective group of concern tax paying citizens and property owners who have enjoyed the peaceful residency within this neighbourhood for many years we are commencing a petition to have our concerns heard in a formal matter.Requesting to  have this organization and its business activities stopped immediately given the appropriate notices.
