Millions of business owners across the country have closed, temporarily, due to the Stay At Home Government mandated law. Insurance Companies are denying insurance claims using the ‘Virus Exclusion’. The claim is actually Civil Authority. The insurance industry needs to stop skirting around the cause of Business Interruption and Extra Expense coverage caused by Government mandating the closing of businesses. If the insurance carriers stepped up to cover the losses, many business owners would be able to sustain and it would save millions of jobs across the country.
