The practice area looks bit sturdy and needs immediate upgrade. Obviously, having modern facility will accommodate needs for patients of all levels (i.e. children areas, disable access, etc.) improving efficiency, effectiveness and experiences.
Also, parking is a big issue. The last time i visited, i saw one driver hit (very gently) a car while reversing (it did not cause any visible damage though).
But this, clearly shouts out an immediate need for upgrade.

Agree with parking comments, no matter what time of day your appointment is, parking is a nightmare.

It is getting too crowded in the waiting area and difficult to see a doctor the car parking it nowhere big enough and makes it a hard job for people who have to use their cars as it for some too long a walk

Watford and Bushey's population has expanded over the years with new housing developments. We need to expand the surgery to provide for the ever growing population.

I agree that Bushey Health Centre should be given the help they require from the NHS and local government for the building of new premises and parking facilities.

I fully support the proposal to construct a new facility, to service the growing list of patients.

A larger facility and provision for a much larger car park would be very helpful

Substancial numbers pass through the practice, it has outgrown the building, time to have some forward planning and improve the quality of care by migrating to new and improved premises

Far too small for the number of patients, I believe around 18,000.
Admin department is the worst I have ever seen in 30 years over many surgeries in many cities in the UK that I have lived in. Loosing information, letters, taking too long for Dr letters to be generated.
All staff seem to be overworked.
If often takes over 2 weeks to get an appointment, this is ridiculous.

Much needed and long overdue. Present facilities inadequate for proactive and preventative treatment essential to ease pressure on NHS in the challenging years ahead.

Car parking is a particular issue but the whole site is outdated.

There is a serious need for more space, as there is a total lack of adequate car parking. I have used this surgery for over 30 years and it has grown and therefore needs more space
