We, the parents of Middle and High School students residing in Granite Bay, are petitioning to move the current morning bus stop away from the corner of Grove St. and Shore Drive.  Due to a new property owner last year, the current bus stop is no longer safe for the students to wait for the bus.  The new owner has verbally harassed the students and has physically made it unsafe for them to stand on the sidewalk in front of his property. They are now standing in the road to wait for the bus which is unsafe on a very busy, fast-moving street.

Our concerns have repeatedly been brought forward to the Town of Branford, First Student Bus Company, and the Superintendent's Office.  We are proposing that the morning bus stop only be  relocated to a safer location.
