The company concerned Excell Parking rebut any complaints stating there is a helpline number displayed for customers to ring. Many people have tried this number in the evening however it goes to an answer machine message stating the hours the office is open.
The company do not seem concerned about the faulty machine and continue to issue fines of £100.
