Phase 5 was the beacon of buruburu, a refinement of previous plans. To say now it has issues is almost unfathomable, there's just too much scheming in this country at the cost of the populace.

3 months without regular water supply. 2 weeks now without water at the tap. Water trickles in after midnight and can't reach the taps, and is gone by 6 AM. Meanwhile, predatorial Cartels sell water to us costing an arm and a leg...including official Nairobi Water tankers...this deliberate and artificial shortage must stop! Even the brutal rationing schedule of no water Monday to Friday is not being followed!!!
