This system is not doing any good to the nursing profession. When resources have to be provided for our future nurses to recieve proper training there's always a problem ......... Discontinuation of this system is the easiest solution to all the problems that this system has brought to nursing

Student nurses do the jobs of real professional nurses they deserve fair and equal treatment

The students are expected to work 40 hours a week exactly like the permanent stuff they work even on holidays and weekends including December , while they receive no benefits at all, its pure exploitation!!!

This pilot program is not assisting students on the ground and continues to disadvantage an African child who has a vision to transform the sector. The discrepancies that have unfolded across the years (2) between College management and the contract on its own is really heartbreaking

This is a very poorly thought system...but again to say poorly thought is an understatement...this is a carefully orchestrated idea to defraud the government of funds that should be directed to sweat and blood of the young nurses... Well...it seriously undermines and compromises the entire quality of the health system... All those responsible for it should vacate the goodly offices....!!! #bursarysystem is Jake!
