Nerfing almost every primary weapon in the game because one weapon class is under used in senseless and only serves to punish players for the play-styles they've developed over the course of the game's life thus far. Further, the re-balancing of weapons should be considered as separate issues for PVP and PVE. Make pulse rifles worth using by implementing a buff, not by chipping away at the quality of other weapon types. Prove your listening to your community: stop this patch in its tracks and quit punishing your fan base for playing the game how they want.
