This petition applies to everyone and everybody including places like {SCHOOLS/WORK PLACE/HOME/PUBLIC PLACES/ETC.. BULLYING is a serious {MATTER/CONCERN/ISSUE/CAUSE} and shouldn't be taken {LIGHTLY}. It should be address to all the PUBLIC {HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES/ CONGRESS} and VETO on it so that BULLYING will be conceded a CRIME and not to be done onto others.
