Bullycide is a very important issue within the field of CYW's, as we will be working with or have experienced Children and Youth who have been impacted by bullying to the point where they live in consistent fear and anxiety everyday. Many however, feel the only way to escape the rumors, insults, verbal abuse and terror is to take their own lives. Bullying and hate crimes are against the law, so please take action now, and help us raise awareness for those who are afraid to speak out!!!!
Everyone needs to have their antennae high on this issue. We need to be agents of action and do everything we can to insure the physical, relational and emotional safety of the Children and Youth we support.

my daughter was targeted for years and the school did nothing until it was almost too late. people need to wake up and see that words actually kill.
Bullies come in all ages. Standing up to them seems to be the only way.
My 14 year old son took his life on April 24th 2015 because of being bullied
