Parents of students in the Altoona Area School District in Altoona, Pa . Are you fed up with the school district not following through with their antibullying policy? Have you reported something only to have someone give you a lame excuse why nothing can be done. Today my son was put in a choke hold by another student, till the point he couldnt breathe. And because teacher was not in room to see, and his classmates and so called friends would not come forward and tell what happened, the person is not being held responsible for it.
